Question Throttle Position Sensor 6854781 - 91XF9B989BA

Does anyone know where to get a TPS for a 91-98 RS2000?

Or are people using something else instead of this sensor?

Or has someone found a new source?

Many thanks

Sorry but I can't see any, not even used (which I don't want, they're usually too noisy)

Please can you share a link?

It seems like the same TPS was also used on some Sierras.

You might want to try

Metzger 0904044

Ridex 3940T0011

these are listed for the Sierra and some Rover, MG etc. Size and connector seems to be the same. Might be worth a try.

Thanks, they do look similar, but that is the Anticlockwise version, which is still easily available

The Ford part numbers are

FORD - OE-86TF-9B989 AA
FORD - OE-86TF-9B989 AD
FORD - OE-90TF-9B989 AA
FORD - OE-90TF-9B989 BA

Or INTERMOTOR 19935

FORD - OE-91XF-9B989-BA is Clockwise rotation

Alternative part numbers include
Metzger 0904014
INTERMOTOR 19922

In case anyone needs one, there is now a very expensive option

Thankfully I managed to acquire a few new old stock spares, so won't be getting these myself

Search for 'mys6cerbera' on FB
