Hi,
Ive started to gather some parts together to turbo my Westfield Zetec and looking for advice,
Photo of it below of how it looks at the moment, Its running 206hp, Im on Omex management and TB's, Raceline ported head/ Balanced crank etc,
im looking to take her up to 280-300hp but main reason is im after low down torque,
So far ive got myself Focus RS pistons and rods, Boost performance exhaust manifold and nearly sorted an inlet plenum,
Im looking for some information if anyone can help, Has anyone fitted the boost Performance manifold and GT2860RS turbo(im using a 10mm adapter from T3 tp T25? Will this setup clear the Westfield bonnet? Ive tried to get my hands on the MK1 Focus RS GT25 turbo as i believe it is slightly smaller in size but no luck with that,
No doubt i may be posting for more help and advice at some point.

Managed to get sorted turbo, Went with a new GT2560R (one with the bigger turbine wheel) Bits are slowly coming together now.
Few photos, Shes changed a little over the last few months with extra wide rear arches/ Larger more offset rear wheels/ Carbon diffuser etc

 

 

I got this under the bonnet of an mk Indy except the blue elbow on the Rs manifold.
Ive just returned it to Na as I didn't like the torque. Great fun while you where on it but if you wasnt concentrating you where soon facing the wrong way.

 

what Turbo and hp was you running? I've gone GT25 rather than the GT28 just for this reason

 

250bhp, 350ftlb I think. I have a td04 and an Rs Gt25.

I would love a pic of your adapter. I thought the studs where to close together ?

 

 

Ive ordered the Boost Performance manifold with no stud holes, Also have a T25 10mm flange coming that I'm going to taper till T3 and then drill and tap the manifold to suit, Should be nice and tidy

 

I bought one from him and was told they came pre drilled and that was it

 

 

I had ideas of a monster 400bhp.
