Hi Enthusiasts

So whilst being extremely careful assembling the LHS headlamp wiper motor I snapped the PTC thermistor for the second time again whilst slotting into position. Yes that little orange pink disc. I freaked out and almost blew a head gasket after this happened. So now I would like to please know what can I do or use to replace this part as its physically almost non-existent to buy new in that type. I'm searching threads and every lead I find, local suppliers can't get the part and say I have to import a part which costs less than a packet of crisps.

I'm open to ideas & suggestions. Also please want to know how to work out what rating of this device for replacement. the numbers shown on the broken bits don't make a hole lot of sense.

What is the stock setup or instructions to set the wiper motors correctly. I've seen a lot of different threads and each person gives their idea. is there a proper way to calculate the setup using the indicators on the gear wheels.
