I have a 99 Rally Ka, oh, about 10 years now. Ran it in the homologated Ka challenge spec for a couple of seasons then started upgrading.
I've got Focus rear brakes, Mondeo front calipers, Diesel Fiesta driveshafts, a Puma/Fiesta 16v engine... So obviously like all Fords some bits swap just lovely.

My questions are.... Does anyone know what else in the chassis swaps successfully?
I've only had a Mk1 Focus road car aside from the RallyKa, so not familiar with the rest of the range and how they are put together.

Are there better front hubs, for example, to help with roll centre and/or bump steer?
Lighter rear axle?
Faster steering rack? (I have PAS, 2.75 turns)
Smaller fuel tank?

Any help and suggestions gratefully received.
