2013 Focus blows hot air only.

Hi all, advice please if possible. I've a 2013 focus, heater will only blow hot air, AC works fine all other dials (speed, direction) work fine.

Any help excepted!

Thanks for replying, is it an easy/cheap fix?
Also are the controls done by a wire/cable or they electronic?

They will have motors controlling the flaps

No idea on cost.
