Focus - Anybody ever come across this problem?

...Strange problem that I've noticed on my mum's Focus recently..
- Once the car is warmed up..... you stop getting hot air inside the car??
Strange!
p.s. - it's a 2.0 Petrol - Automatic and has climate control

if so my citroen used to do exactly the same as it has already cooled the air inside the cabin,
it sometimes tops it up and kicks in slightly
