1.8tdci 115 or 125 bhp anfmd the difference is?

Currently we have a 2006 smax 1.8tdc 125bhp and I'm getting a 2004 1.8tdci focus with only 115 bhp next week
Whats the difference? Ecu? Turbo?

It wouldn't suprise me if its just a different map in the ecu.
