Whats up with Ginger hair..........don't know the chap but very silly speed, we all do it however being petrol heads, we have a new 15mile bypass for Aberdeen with no cameras.

And hope the camera isnt a typical rear shooting one...

Take both plates off ! Or at least have the wit to do it where you know there wont be any cameras.

As if he got nabbed...its bound to be a very common location for a camera ! ( assuming not a fixed camera he absolutely should know about )

Had to be a front shot of hin doing it. As admited it was him straight away? Belive under scottish law you dont have ti say who was driving?

I know that for the county where I live, I can check the Avon and Somerset police website and it says where all the mobile speed camera locations are as well as the speed limit for that road. It doesn't give exact time and dates, I think it just says for the coming month but still handy .

I believe that rather than go to prison, he has to give back 270 hours to the community over the next 6 months, for being a naughty boy. It can't be something seen to take employment away from someone, i.e. picking littler or digging ditches, I think it has to be explaining to others that what he did was wrong, or raising awareness so others don't do the same thing.

But I'm not 100% sure.

I did community service as it was called then back in the 90s....if you donate old appliances or furniture to the council chances are that's the people tat turn up to collect it....
