Hi everyone, i'm doing an Mtx75 conversion on my ST170. What type of clutch i must buy? 230mm or 240mm? There is a difference on flywheels?
And where can i find a new OEM Flywheel?
Thanks and sorry for my english, i'm french!

For a new flywheel try contacting one of the several firms that sold the crate engines. Standard 2.0 is 240mm “most” 1.8 where 220mm and being lighter are more desirable.

Retroford
Gbs
Raceline
Dunnel

I doubt you will get one direct from ford. They aren’t that desirable.

Hello, I did this conversion a couple of years ago see my thread " st170 number 2 and 3 "
You will need the complete gearbox including mounting brackets, drive shafts, bearing support, flywheel, flywheel bolts, clutch, gear lever and cables from a mk1 focus 2.0, I can not remember if you also need the hydraulic pipe for the release bearing.
After the conversion the speedo will not work correctly, I did purchase a corrector module but did not fit it so do not know if it works
