Default pinion ratio fiesta 1.25 mk5

hello, place also here because the topic also concerns a ford fiesta
I had the bad idea of preparing a 1.6 mk1 focus for use on the track.
after many mishaps, they are at the end of the project.
I still have the gearbox problem.
I replaced the change first with that of the fiesta 1.4 mk4, discovering that it had the same ratio, then with that of the fiesta 1.25 mk4 which is actually a little shorter, but not as I would like.
I was looking for a sprocket-crown unit in ford with a higher ratio so that I could still gain something in gear changes. I currently lose almost 1,500 laps.
does anyone know what kind of final report carries the fiesta mk4 1.25 gearbox?
or where can I find one a little shorter?
I had thought of the fiesta mk3 1.1 or the 1.3 kat. the 1.4 was already too powerful
I can find a standard ford one? make it build would cost too much and not the guarantees of duration as the original pieces
thanks

If you use a 1.7 puma gearbox with a 1.6 final drive you will have a 4.25 final drive like the puma racing, you can also add the 1.6 5th gear which gives you a longer 5th

the racing puma gearbox is surely very suitable for an engine that goes from the original 125 hp to the almost 200 hp of the preparation, but I know that it is not very suitable for an engine that has 111 hp on the wheel ...
I already mount the complete box of the 2002 fuel model 1.25 fiesta because I think it is already shorter than the original, and in fact it is not so much as I would like
for this reason I was looking only for a conical pair (cylindrical because it is a front-wheel drive) to shorten further the relationship to the bridge
I think the transplant of the 1.7 puma change is possible by opening the two boxes and swapping the trees. of 1.25 I had recently made a total renewal of the bearings and other parts subject to wear. the difficulty will be finding the right distances to recover the games so that the gears work well
