I’m considering buying a focus RS mk2 replica, the engine is still an st with a rs turbo, injectors, clutch etc he has the rs clocks but there not fitted my question is with the engine being an st and the loom how straightforward is changing over the clocks if possible at all? Thanks

 

You will need Ford or someone with IDS to program the immobiliser with the new clocks as the cliuster is part of the immobiliser.
