Default Anybody know about supras

Yes its pf lol but I know a few may have had one, always loved them and may have a chance of one but its auto it's a twin turbo running around 600 bhp lots of hks and blitz goodies on it my question is how difficult are they to convert to manual and how much?

I have mapped a few and it’s easy to do a stand alone ecu for them.

Cheers mark I drove it earlier seems to have a problem running past a certain point does the second turbo come in higher up the rev range? as seems fine until you propper boot then it starts missing maybe I should just concentrate on the focus

from memory they can have bad coils.

overboosting? split pipe to boost control/wastegate etc do you have a gauge?

You'll probably pay as much for a V160 gearbox as the car, as the Toyota manual box prices went through the roof and also many parts are unobtainable for them

Grannas in the US started doing T56 Magnum kits because of this.

Good cars but gearboxes are expensive, rear seats are also a joke literally no leg room.
Proper tough cars though mine only failed as that scummy JDM garage owner Paul is full of shit and the engine was built by an idiot !

As much as I love them can see it needing money thrown at it, one projects enough I think dont want to compromise on anything with that.

Ive been looking into this and definitely seems like a good option and probably the route I may go down as the v160 boxes are the only ones worth having but are 7k plus and you can’t find them.
