The angle between the brake disc and the tca where the ball joint is in is different than standard. The standard one is parallel to the disc and therefor has more clearance.
Other than spacing the brake disc out I don’t really see an option. But I guess yours is a 4x4? In that case the brake bells are already flat so there’s no room to space out either. But be aware that the clearance changes over the suspensoin travel, as the ball joint rotates a bit.
After setting the camber using the adjustable tcas the tracking should be set, as that comes very close. But I guess these are the MK arms with the improved roll center. In that case you also need longer track rod ends to make sure you don’t get a lot of bump steer.
With longer track rod ends I meant longer in height. Since the ball joint on the tca is moved down the ball joint on the steering arm also needs to be moved down.

ah, gotcha. I think Mark called it a pin kit when I bought mine.
got my steering sorted just had to set my tca’s and comp struts up all good there
still have the rubbing issue, I’m going to be running a reyland 362mm front brake kit (I’m 2wd) so if the rubbing persists I’ll notch a little bit off like Toby suggests as it’s quite thick steel
regarding track rod ends I’d like some but wasn’t sure if the compbrake ones where a direct fit and of good quality
If yours is a 2wd, why all the hassle with the special tcas? Fitting a set of 3dr hubs is a lot easier and most likely better as well.
I think the Compbrake track rod ends simply use a bolt instead of the tapered pin which a normal track rod end has. So you would need to drill the knuckles to fit them.

Do you need to lower the roll centre that much? Remove one of the spacers off the top of the pin to move the bearing higher then the outer part of the TCA shold clear.
That was the setting mk recommend to give better roll centre than 3dr hubs but apparently causes bump steer but should be able to sort that with rose jointed rod ends
Better than 3dr hubs? What would be better? The roll centre can be higher than with 3dr hubs, but I don’t think that will be better. I really like how my 2wd with 3dr hubs drives. Of course it all depends on the ride height.
Must admit dealings I’ve had with him over supra fitting kit and front lower arm set up he has always been very helpful. Even texting me on a bank holiday over bladed roll bar location measurements
Just off the phone to mark he’s going to mill a little bit off the bottom, I’d possibly be able to clear the tca with an aftermarket brake kit but won’t be ordering that till my engines done.
Andy I’ve bought quite a bit off him and everything’s been good mate
