Other than spacing the brake disc out I don’t really see an option. But I guess yours is a 4x4? In that case the brake bells are already flat so there’s no room to space out either. But be aware that the clearance changes over the suspensoin travel, as the ball joint rotates a bit.

After setting the camber using the adjustable tcas the tracking should be set, as that comes very close. But I guess these are the MK arms with the improved roll center. In that case you also need longer track rod ends to make sure you don’t get a lot of bump steer.
