I'm interested in swapping the slow 1.25 out of my fiesta and doing something that isn't a puma swap. Had the car for 2 years and spent some money on it as I would like a new car but there's nothing I like and if there is it's to expensive so I thought of doing an engine swap, got a rough idea, find an old mk1 /mk2 mondeo, strip all I need, find /make an engine mount (simplified version) just wanted to know if anyone has done this before, what parts are best to use ie ib5 box out of st150 or something thanks.

 

Yea its been done, if you search on here you will find members that have done the conversion or look on zsoc.com.
