Prob a daft question but I don't want to refit the ABS system on my 90 spec car, what's needed to make it work like a pre ABS car

Alter the pipework to bypass the modulators if you are keeping the rear load valves.

If you are doing away with the rear valves then fit the master cylinder and the under bonnet brake valves from a none ABS xr3i and new brake pipes to suit.
