I知 in the middle of restoring my focus rs and I知 about to tackle the steel brake lines and fuel lines I知 just wondering if anyone has ever had them zinc plated before? Or if they can be cheers ian

I put copper fuel pipes on my saff. I painted them black but you could paint them what colour you liked.
You could also put copper brake pipes on and paint them too.

Must you use steel ? Is it some sort of concourse thing ?
If you can, use kunifer for the brakes.
For fuel lines...will sort of depend what fittings etc you intend to use at each end. But stainless would certainly be an option, or cheaper..copper.
Or if you can sort suitable fittings, nylon will never rust.
