I still have the original twin fans on my alloy rad but today one of them stopped.

wires are all okay and getting power to the fan, it's not seized and free spinning.

Is there any direct replacements into the original housing available.

I've searched and found twin fans on alloy frames but I'd rather keep the originals.

any help or ideas appreciated.

 

You may be able to take the motor to a good radio controlled car shop where they have a race team and get them to redo the bushes and bindings in the motor.

 

Have a look inside the motor. The copper bushes might of worn. There are 8mm long bolts and the cover comes off the motor.
