Is there another fuse in cicuit that controls one of the fans.I have found the right hand one is not running when the fans cut in? If anyone knows please help.

no, they are wired together in paralel from the same supply. either the motor is knackered, or the wiring between the motor and the single 2 pole connector to the fan assy is kaput.

If the polarity on the fan switch (In the rad) is the wrong way round, then only one fan will run. Don't know why but this what happened to 3 door last year when i fitted 500 cooler & remade the connections with a new plug on the fan switch. Try this first. Will save you time & money if it is this
Cheers

Thanks Blakeya. Have found problem. It was at the connectors. They are now both running once again and ready for the rolling road session coming up.

Cheers

Graham.
