Default s1 rad & xr3i rad difference!!!!

does any1 know if theres any difference with an s1 rs turbo radiator and the mk3 xr3i rad??

You posted this at 12.13am and at 12.29am you upping it. Little bit inpatient aint ya

Sure i read that they were the same on the mk3. Am sure some of the early people might confirm this.

yes they are different, XR doesnt have a space for the intercooler on the side

s1 rad would be different due to the intercooler next to it???

cheers lads. ill be running a front mount intercooler does this mean i can use the xr3 rad? and does this mean the xr3 rads bigger!?

Depends on the pipework route. We have used an XR2i rad in a Fiesta RST with a GRS intercooler successfully. I think this is going to be one of those measure up and have a go jobs

If you need a xr3i rad I have a new one for sale, a few marks on it coz i fitted it but removed it again. Hasnt seen the road.
