Default 16x8 and low offset?

well, I'm in the search for a set of new rims.
I have found a few that I like, but they are only available in 16x8 or 15x8 and with offset 20, which I know is far from the offset that the rs turbo is supposed to drive with.
my car is on konis and 30mm apex springs, is it completely out of discussion or can it be done?

cheers!

My old Orion run on 16x8 Comp TH's with a ET25
Had to trim the rear arches right back
I did run it Low though I should have a 195/40 profile instead of a 195/45 but I preferred to see some tyre

Looks great I've heard of people trimming the arches, but how much do people actually trim/how much did you trim, did you trim it all off or?

Not to worry. Denmark isn't an issue though.

If you ever want to know how they sit just remember Escort Cosworth wheels are similar fitment - 8x16 ET25...I have always found the fronts stick out a little too far or the rears need to come out slightly (5-10mm)...but most people who run them tend to find they need to trim the arches should they go anything more than 25mm or so

My Orion runs stock RST S1 wheels (around ET35 I think), but are spaced out 20mm per side on the rear and 16mm on the fronts...its sitting low on Gaz coilovers all round and when though the arches are rolled and the fronts are slightly flared, I get the front to ever so slightly catch on full lock, and the rears rub once in a blue moon...I am on 195/40 tires

I had to flare the arches when I ran my Azev A's which were 7.5x16s all round with ET30 fronts and ET14 rears which funnily enough never caught on the rear lol...mind you the tires were slightly stretched on those

The new setup will be 8x16's all round with ET12 on the front and ET7 on the rear LOL
