hi im thinking of building a 2.1 blacktop zetec turbo engine but am confused as to what forged pistons and rods to buy and where from uk or america? also i was planning to run Fiesta rst turbo ofab management with 195 chip and biege injectors would this work or would i need to go for bigger injectors and better management? Any advice much appreciated cheers Dan

 

unless you have the management sitting i would go standalone i was looking to do the same as you or cosworth management and by the time you pick up all the bits and an old probably tired loom the cost was as much as a standalone unit, im no expert but would think you would need bigger injectors for that.

 

defo want standalone ecu and bigger injectors.

 

yeah i have got a fiesta rs turbo engine complete with ofab ecu and loom and 195 chip was just wondering if it would run a zetec turbo i dont want massive bhp just mabe 250 ish?
