Too many posts.. I need a life!!
I used Miller's Running In oil specified for turbo engines. Started gently and built up the load and boost. Flushed with with mineral oil after 600 miles and then filled with synthetic.

mineral oil for 200-250miles max,
then change for synthetic stuff
drive it hardish for them them first 200 miles too,
don't be driving like miss daisy,
that's how I did my engine and it never looked back
no need for 1000 miles to run in an engine bullshit
tbh the engine is probably run in , in the first 50 odd miles anyway

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
I was advised to use 20w50 classic oil for 150 miles, chuck it away, refill with the same for 350 or so miles, then fill with 10w50 fully synthetic (gonna use Fuchs Pro S) then use normally
