Default Sapphire cosworth 4x4 spring seats/mounts??

Hi guys

Im currently rebuilding the entire suspension on my 4x4 saph Ive bought front & rear Koni shocks with ahmed bayjoo fast road springs, new control arms with all powerflex bushes. The one thing i am finding impossible to get is the rear spring seat rubber mounts :/ i know you can get polyurethane ones but have heard they are not recomended and to stick to fords OE spring seat pads and front top mounts. What do people think about this and does anyone know where i can get the rear spring rubber mount pads??

Also im rebuilding the standard brake callipers and going with Mtec drilled & grooved disks and EBC yellow stuff pads front and rear with braided hoses, how much stopping power will i get from this as my wallet isnt ready for a monster ap conversion just yet.

Cheers guys

There is only one at the top.

At the front I do use poly bushes for the top mounts. These bushes also keep the strut in place for forward/backward and side to side movement, so they do have influence on camber and castor values.

As said there is only a top rubber bussing on the rear Springs, the Spring just sits into the lower arm recess metal to metal.
