I have decided to sell my Sierra Cosworth, this is never something I thought I would do, but due to needing to raise capital for a house move it has to go.
I will also be selling my mk2 Fiesta in the next couple of months and a couple of other bits
So, back to the car....
It's a 1991 J plate saph in Diamond white with full leather.
The car is very quick, figures wise its putting out just short of 500bhp.
Yokohama tyres all round with really good tread.
I will be preparing the car for sale in the next couple of weeks but wanted to give the heads up on here first. I need to replace the battery as it hasn't been used much.
There is a slight earth on one of the indicators so sometimes flashes fast and then normal, think it just needs the plug changing as one of the teeth has snapped. And occasionally on boost the speedo needle goes a bit wappy.
That's just me being completely honest, this truly is a stunning example of a saph and I will be really sad to see it go.
The price is £14,500 ono which is fair considering the spec and condition.
Thanks, Jonathan

- It's just tipped 79K so very low mileage, most I've seen recently have been well into the hundreds.
- The bodywork is stunning, not perfect but there really isn't any rust, a couple of tiny blemishes like stone chips etc but nothing to really speak of.
- All original panels and HPI clear
- It's on Compomotive Mo5's finished in Gold (there is also a fifth one in the boot this one is silver)
- A folder full of history
- Engine fully rebuilt 6k ago.
- Genuine T4 turbo from an RS500
- RS500 intercooler
- Silicone hose kit
- Full Low compression engine build
- Big spec NMS head with cams etc
- Mapped by Karl at NMS to 2bar
- Air injectors
- Siemens fuel injectors
- Big wing sump
- Grp A coil
- 3" SS exhaust possibly mongoose
- uprated front diff
- Short shift
- Ford racing gauges, oil and boost.

Hello mate, provisionally yes. Will be sorted over the weekend. There's another 4 people interested in it too, I can add you to the list if you want to be notified if it doesn't sell? Jonathan.
Yes if you would please. Don't think you're going to struggle to sell her though. She's a stunner.

That's true, this one is loads better than the majority out there and the price was fair. Some auctions are starting to reach crazy prices, mid 20's to 30's. In a few years I have no doubt that this car will be worth that.
