Hello can anyone help

My niece who is only 18 years old and has just passed her driving test was driving her ka down the a12 on Friday the 22nd of Jan and a white van with a red trailer crashed in to the back of her and sent her crashing down the ditch and the bastard did not even stop to see if she was ok he just drove off thankfully there was another car that stopped to help her lucky she is ok
Was there anyone else that saw this it happened at about 2.00 pm and did anyone get the reg of white van with red trailer is so can you let me no

Police should easily be able to get that from road monitoring and ANPR cameras

 

I don't think the police are inserested because no one was hurt they are to busy hunting cars with no tax
