Default Selling up again

Selling most of my 3dr Cosworth parts again. Ive lost count how many times i have done this only to buy parts back often at higher rates.

Only reason for selling is I have been offered a finished car so will be going down that route instead of building one up as i simply dont have the time anymore although i do enjoy hunting for parts.

How many other people have done this? This is the 3rd time selling all my stuff and i know i will end up buying more parts over the years - its an addiction lol

I think it's part of the fun hunting for parts to complete a resto or build up...

I bet you wish you never sold that 3door in your sig! lol.

Buy finished car > keep parts you already have as spares > won't end up buying back same parts at inflated rates.

Simple, no?

it makes sense to save the parts unless the sale of the parts is going towards the cost of new one

Agreed with whats been said , I'd keep the rare parts as you'll end up paying well over the odd's if you ever need them in the future .

I am keeping some parts but also need to sell some others to help fund the new purchase and also space is becoming an issue as i have 3 lock up garages which is the limit from the local council so cannot store any more parts.

Ideally want to give up one of the garages too hence the sale
