Feels a bit cheeky being my first post but I am trying to organise a photoshoot featuring a Mk2 Escort in the London area. Is anyone interested in helping out with this?

Try asking on turbosport forum too. There aren't too many mk2s on this one, some ye, but I think turbosport is where most of them hang out.
