Is this a 3 bar map sensor? Think im going to get a new as it looks like a bodge repair

Yes mate at a guess id say someones snapped the plastic pipe then glued a metal one on. Ive looked on ebay and they seem quite cheap

Until you need an engine build due to poor quality of these 30 quid sensors.......

Then its very expensive.

Try Gary @ RS Classics for one. Get a genuine one that works as costina says above.

There no good mate cause all sorts of problems. My mate bought one off rs classics and turned out to be a Chinese copy, his car ran like a bag of nails when I fitted it for him so we had to
Put his original one back on

Not sure as when i took it off i broke it again so i got a new one (second hand) but it had the same repair and seemed to run ok before but for the sake of it get a new one but not a cheap one from the bay.

i have one of these on mine, done some dyno time using it and also run a Stack AFR gauge to monitor things on the road and so far so good it's not causing me any trouble.
