im hearing a scraping noise when driving at random times but more so when breaking. ive recently replaced front breaks.

jacked up the car and to wheel dont seem to have any give but it dosnt spin freely and when rotated by hand it makes the noise also like a rubbing scraping noise.

have also noticed that when hand break is on the same side dont work. looking at the hand break cable coming from the back wheel it moves about half as much as the good side does and that side spins and makes no noise.

any ideas guys i have a number of issues including. speedo sensor. electric windows not working. heater blowers not working. trying to get them all done today.
