Focus Rs mk1 61k miles must see

Ford Focus rs 52 plate.
Just turned 61,000 mile will raise slowly as still I still use the car on weekends and sunny days.
Full service history, loads of receipts and invoices back until 2005. Maintained and looked very well. Kept clean and I try to keep it out of the bad weather.
Body work is in good condition and cleaned regularly with auto finesse and meguairs.
Interior is in really good condition I had the alcantara shaved so it looks really fresh. The steering wheel is worn a problem with all rs.
Had cam belt and aux belt in March this year 59,400 miles.
Mot is in March next year.
The rs has some good modification to make the most of the great 2.0 turbo engine.

Silicone charge cooler pipes
Forge recirc valve
Forge actuator
Decat
Stainless exhaust not sure on make as was already on the car.
Primary designs Tubular manifold which has been zircotec ceramic coated and heated wrapped.
Colour coded rocket cover.
This is a very quick car mapper says should be around 300 bhp although I have never put it on a dyno sounds awesome on full boost and hands the power very well in the dry, handles great around the bend to with the limited slip diff.
I have the wheels refurbed in April they are mint inside and out with Bridgestone tyres all round.
I have spent a lot of time effort and money getting this to the standard it is in now, really reluctant to sell up, would love to keep it but I have limited space so needs must.
I'm after 10k but I'm open to sensible offers.
No tyres kickers, test pilots or time wasters please.
