knocking n/s/r
Hi I'm new here, I have a mk1 focus 1.6 lx I'm getting a very annoying knocking from n/s/r over bumps its doing my head right in, I've checked everything and it all seems good.

It will be the bushes on the control blade(s) arm(s).
Very common problem. Requires a partial subframe drop and a special remover / install tool.
These rear bushes are the ones nearest the front of the car.
