The frs when coming to redline it holds back and makes a noise it's hard to explain! Checked the plugs n they are spot on! Drives great until up near end of range?

The turbo has an open loop to the actuater! I'm assuming the turbo is running full boost until the actuater limits it!

Any ideas what's happening! It never done this before! N now it's ever gear!
