Default Fiesta Turbo-No spark

Picked up a Fiesta turbo today that's been stood for 8 years.

Put a new battery on it, fresh fuel & checked oil etc.

Turns over fine & fuel pump is priming but no spark. I've checked wiring plugs around the coil pack, checked fuses & all seems good.

I've never had any issues like this with a fiesta before so not sure if there's anything obvious I should be checking?

I also took the plugs out & gave them a clean.

I'm not great when it comes to electrical issues, I'm also inpatient so any help would be good

Check the edis module mate. A mate of mine had the same problem and that was the fault

Visually checked it but think replacing that first might be a good idea

I had issues where mine would trigger the pump but wouldnt trigger the edis to fire the coils, try'd it with a jump and it turned over that bit faster and worked, so new battery...may be worth a try

So I've replaced the edis, coil pack & crank sensor but still no spark.

Can you bypass these like the escorts?

I mean like a live from the battery to the coil trick on the mfi's ?
