TDDI EGR removal or clean in situ???
Ive had just had my focus plugged in and been told the EGR valve isnt operating. It is severely lacking power, but i havent noticed a great deal of smoking.
On the TDDI engine, the egr is part of the manifold.
Is it worth stripping it all off to clean the egr valve or can you do just as good a job with a can of cleaner and the manifold still in place?
I dont ming taking it all off it means a better result.
a few people have mentioned blanking it off. How does this effect the MOT?
