Seeing a car with outstanding finance
Rite guys never bought a car this way before and I'm a bit apprehensive.
Going to look at a Mazda 3 MPs next weekend and it still has finance outstanding.
Has anyone ever been in that situation, if so what's best way to deal with it.
Would once I have checked the car over and if everything was ok I phone his finance company up and pay them direct out of my bank account then just transfer him the rest of the cash.

Absolutely correct - you'll only get clear title from the finance company if they are settled and the only way to do that is to do it yourself.
