Default Tps voltage help

My 4x4 cossie started running very rich the other week so after testing the ecu plug voltages I found the tps is at 11.4 volts!! Apparently should be 0.5v closed throttle and 4.5v open throttle. Tried unplugging sensor still the same. What's happened here lol?

I would try a new tps to start with

I may have a spare one if you want to try for diagnostic purposes?

I tried plugging a spare one in still the same. Even with no sensor connected it was still 11.4 volts

check the tps wiring for a short to the live wire on injectors or iscv, hopefully you have an issue there. Otherwise the ecu's output of 5v is fried....
