I've got a Fiesta rs turbo which is currently running a 1.3 box and its just crap for cruising. Money is an issue otherwise id fit a ERST box but so im going to fit a diesel box for now. I've read alot of pros and cons and im not trying to start an new/old argument! I just wanted some one to help me with which gearbox fits a 1.6 CVH. Any help woudl be great! thanks in advance.

ratio's of the diesel box aren't ideal.

If you're on a budget then fit an xr2/xr2i/xr3i box etc.

I'm fitting a ib5 box have to change the clutch a bit need a different release bearing but the ratio is pretty much exactly the same as rs box
