Default Inlet manifold choice- budget build 300bhp zetec turbo

So im building a 'budget' zetec turbo in my mk3 fiesta. Well i say budget, it owes me 6 grand so far.

I bought a 2.0 blacktop inlet manifold and a set of Focus RS injectors, went to fit it to the engine but the manifold is too big and wont fit between the head and the bulkhead of the car!

I found this on ebay, the bloke said i can use the focus injectors but has no fuel rail or anything with it?

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=251877080615

Does anyone know what i can use?

If i get an HO aluminium manifold, can i use the focus injectors with that?

How about a k series one? Do they bolt straight on?

Would be grateful if you could do me some simple instructions?

And what about injectors?

Thanks for your help

I used the n/a from an 820, it had a larger plenum than the turbo one.

I can post pics of both the injection and the turbo inlet and there is no difference. There's is a very early one that is bigger and has a alloy fuel rail but you will struggle to find one today

It was an early one with alloy rail. The same as what Ian first used after junking his throttle bodies, although he reversed the plenum as he had room.
Getting on for 20 yrs ago now when a zt was a new concept.
