We were at the excellent PFI Track near Grantham ,My son was having his final test in his mini max kart before the first race of the season when he went off and into the barriers right in front of me as I was videoing him! we also had a camera on the kart so I put this video together, he's fine and the kart was soon fixed with a new rear sprocket and protector

Shit, I felt that!! Bet his ribs are sore!? Glad he's ok!!

He was a bit sore on saturday night, ok now tho

He's 14 but a very small 14, to make the weight in that class we have had to put 14 kg on the kart, he is racing with 11 year olds who are bigger!
he has raced in cadets for 4 years prior to moving up to mini max, its a big step up for him

Ouch! Glad he's ok, seemed to be going well up until then.

 

I did laugh when he gestured and looked up you could see the speech bubble " it wont go dad " he is a fine racing driver with that metality
