Christ alive! Still wondering how they got a naturally aspirated YB to do over 400bhp mind, although saying that, weren't the old naturally aspirated 3 litre V10 F1 engines producing close to 900bhp? So maybe its doable.

it says in the thread above about an evo they have built is it quick I take it. I like the con rods they talk about at the end of the above tread. No bearing and 120 hours only use lol. Also says that billet block has no head gasket. I know old Rolls Royce engines had no head gasket
I'm never quite sure how to take this company. At one point, they sounded amazing with their billet parts and high-revving engines. Then the MLR eventually tore them to pieces and their reputation dissolved.
Yet they still seem to be producing cars and parts of notable quality. Not sure I believe the specs of their Evo (17:1 compression, 12,000rpm and 1890hp?!) but it's certainly nippy and runs 8s in the quarter!

I've not Googled there rep lol just see that thread on the sight linked above. But you have to say on the face of it there looks to be some serious bits gone into that escort and it runs some fast times

That billet block is from Australia for a start, they're well known to exaggerate the truth and most of what they claim is their own work is done by others. I also like the rod/ratio claim whilst showing a rod that is shorter c-to-c than the stock rod next to it

Either way that evo is Seriously quick, it's packing some serious power and would I'm sure make my gtr and rods saph look slow !
I see that evo on Facebook I didn't know that was there's. I don't know the in's and out's of there work. Even if do twist the truth a bit lol and don't engineer the parts they use there motors do look to go well. This escort don't hang about iver lol

There's a Rolls Royce engine I beleave an aero engine that has no head gasket just exact machined surfaces and a sealer used

Trouble is being able to keep the high compression in we all need to produce power. Always thought why has nobody tried liners that protrude into the head and seal the combustion chamber like that?
And this obsession with crazy rpm's ?
I enquired with them about getting a compressor wheel made for my supercharger about 2-3 years ago. They responded to the first couple of emails, but when I asked for price and lead time, and where to send my unit to for them to work with...all emails stopped.
I know of another guy who wanted to use one of their turbos, but he was unable to purchase too.
So yes they are great at posting photos...but actually getting product out the door, or cars on the road/track ? they seem very few.
Either way, it does make good viewing whether its BS or not.
That was mono block 1500cc turbo ,Twin spark and 16 injectors
My mate used to do r&d for harts and was Telling me how much of
a pig the mono block engines where To port
The Cossie has not been mentioned as far as I know. 1000bhp is totally
achievable from the YB it only gets hard when you want Power below 6k & don't want to rev it to 9k in a road engine. Too many peeps think only of the headline Power figure when that's not what a good engine is about.
It was the 1890bhp EVO that started the debate on this company.
