Yes!! Its my friends car. Built it a few years ago. Its his daily driver!!

 

Why would you make it front wheel drive?
Surley you'd just get an engine from a Sierra and keep it RWD? Or even go 4x4?
If you got the mounts from a Sierra you could have even fitted a TDCi engine out of a MK1 Focus!
