wings i assume you mean? drill the spot welds out along the top edge where the bonnet wld sit over/cover bolt underneath the wing at the bottom near the door, then cut along the front panel/slam panel afaik. . . dnt quote me cos i never done it, but this is how i se it.

slam panel, hmm not sure if its all one piece with the front panel, think it is, in which case cut that off!

 

thought so i know the slam panel comes off after the wings are off...is the slam panel ONLY the bar that runs along the top where the VIN plate etc is...or does it carry on down to where the bumper bolts onto to?

P.S the doors need to come off to dont they to get to the welds behind them?

 

just done one mate the wings are strait forward and the slam panel is part of the front panel and stops on the cross member
