Default Focus mk1.5 rubber splitter

How the fuk do you remove it!!!! Mines bent from when it was put on the recover truck and seems to have got worse in the heat

Need to replace it to tidy it up but no clue where to start

You'll struggle to do it on the car. Remove the front bumper and lay it down on a work bench, make life a lot easier to remove. They simpley pull off. The fun begins putting the new one on! Once you've centralised the new splitter to the bumper, using a club hammer and gently tap the splitter into place. It's not easy and It can be a two man job. I've done loads over the years.

AS said, not too hard to remove but a nightmare to fit the new one. Have you tried heating the original one up with a hot air gun and seeing if it will go back in to shape?

mine came off really easy to be honest. all i did was get some lift off oversteer on a track day and hit a cone and off it came.

I've tried a heat gun in the past on a different car but not this one, think I'm also going to struggle to find a mint one
