You'll struggle to do it on the car. Remove the front bumper and lay it down on a work bench, make life a lot easier to remove. They simpley pull off. The fun begins putting the new one on! Once you've centralised the new splitter to the bumper, using a club hammer and gently tap the splitter into place. It's not easy and It can be a two man job. I've done loads over the years.
