Default Secs monitor

Hi all, Just wondered what is more accurate for reading my boost level as my secs monitor reads about 3psi less than my boost gauge, I'm peaking at 29psi on secs but 32psi on gauge just be nice to no as with the hot weather I would rather it be 29psi.

i would have said the secs monitor is more accurate as it is rearding what the ecu sees.

analogue gauges can be notoriously inaccurate.

cheers nick.

My secs on idle says -12 and boost gauge says -25 but both above 0 read roughly the same. Secs is more accurate.

29psi is more than likely the max reference of the 3 bar map sensor, if you ran 60psi of boost the secs would still show 29.
