As title who has this fitted today..

why im asking is that i got mine fitted today, but have no idea of the length of the rod and where to measure from and to...
I know that on the S1 you mesure from the center of bolt to front of track arm ( 565mm. +- 1.5 mm. )

What is it you want to do fella. I have taken the time to make 3 settngs used for escort with adjustable rollbar setup. You should get the tracking setup to one of these settings that suit your desired handling.

 

You have the adjustable arm from the console to the track arm ( the only one you can adjust ) was after a base setting for that, before i take it on the road to get it setup..

as said I know the base setting for a S1 but not for the TT ARB/ RSI ARB

 

I wouldn't hazard a guess but you want to bring them forward as much as you can without hitting the arch and losing too much of the camber angle at the top end without adjusters. Then you will need other components to allow for the best settings if you don't already have them.

Similar to below regardless of what engine, or drive, even parts fitted..
The end result in geometry is the same.
Using fairly cheap parts you can redesign anything.





Adjustable TCA's will at this point be a must to make the most of the rollbar/tiebars you have as any adjustment there will need to be counter adjusted at the TCA and also at the rack which is where a nice set of insitu rose joints take away some negative feel and easy to adjust. A pair of escort cosworth top suspension rubbers or grp n setup works lovely.
There are more parts like steering rack brackets, servo supports and steering column supports which will all help. Depends how far your willing to go.
