Default mfi to efi conversion issue

ust converted my mfi. I go to start the engine and it starts after a while but only holds the revs for about 2 sec and dies. I started it with throttle and will run at higher revs but sometimes will die while throttle is pressed.

Unsure of what would cause this or what to check

Very difficult to help with lack of info.

Efi meaning frst ofab or ofac I guess?

What wiring did you use?
How did you convert the loom?
Is it using the correct sensors and wiring do they work and been tested.
How have you done the trigger for cps.

So many more questions before any answers could be given.

OFAB ecu and wiring all been converted by someone who had done a thread on mfi to efi conversion.

Tigger wheel lined up to tdc with cps around 1mm away.

It's OFAB, using an FRST OFAB loom. I built the car loom section from scratch as per the wiring diagram in the sticky. The engine loom has had some repair work, but was checked to have continuity to all the correct ECU and EDIS pins.

I will take a picture later. Should it be lined up to the middle of the gap? I was told to line it up to the right hand side of the gap. Lined up to the tdc mark I mean

I got the tdc lined up to the middle of the missing tooth. I need to check the fuel pressure I think.

That picture is from the front of the engine bay btw. So looks 180
