Right, The Picture Lee did for ya.

Right click - Save as. Save it on your pc somewhere.

Load up Photobucket, Then up load it onto their.

Job done. You want to use the [img] Label.
So for example

[img}http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v214/rst_lee/Siggy.jpg[/img]

the [img} should be [img]
