Default Oil recommendation and general advice pls

A socially I will be putting my car back on the road after almost 2 years.

I will change all the fluids from front to back but would like to know what's recommended.

From fuel (that's obvious), rear diff, gearbox, radiator, brake, engine etc

Brief spec
Full blue printed lightened n balanced engine
200 long studded block
Big valve Ported head
bd10 & bd14 cams, vernier pulleys
Rs500 plenum x4 ID 1000cc injector
GT30 turbo internally gated
Mongoose exhaust
Pro alloy Rad & Cooler
Waste spark set up
Omex 600 Ecu.
Approx 460bhp

Ideally I'm thinking it would need for the plugs to be changed or gapped and would be nice to know who can map an Omex 600 Ecu.

Your thoughts please.

"A socially" don't know where that came from.

No dodgy have any ideas?

What plugs to get and what gap to set them too.

Think I might stick a set of ht leads on it.

Any idea on pricing?

Thanks mate
Why would you use ATF in the gearbox?
I would have thought 75/90 was right,

Standard diff and t5 box.

I didn't realise ATF is recommended for the T5.

Need to know what plugs to go for and gap.

Anybody know a decent mapper for the Omex Ecu?

I've emailed and called a few places but had no response or call back.

Engine: Mobil 1 5W-50 (engine runs very smooth, no noises etc.)
Gearbox: Mobil 220 ATF oil
Plugs: only motorcraft 071 (gap with wasted spark in the range of 0.7 - 1.0)

Few different opinions on the oil.
Want some good quality stuff for the drive train so shall contact oilman.

Going to pull the plugs out over the weekend, they were new with little miles before parking it up, should I change them anyway? (Can't remember what they are)

Checked the plugs tonight and I have NGK-R plugs at 025/635mm gap.
Is that good or bad?
